Mozarella Martini

Well, a tomato mozarella martini, to be precise. And no alcohol, just the martini glass. Filled with diced tomatoes, fresh mozarella, capers, oregano, olive oil. Surrounded by tortilla chips. Served chilled. I've never seen such a thing in New York. You'll have to come out to Duster's in Columbus, NE for this delicacy. Also highly recommended: home brewed root beer.
