The Chubby Pickle

Too bad we didn't need a break from driving at 11 this morning. This Phillipsburg, KS joint we passed along the way would've been the place the stop.

While Phillipsburg, with it's rolling farm land, still felt like the mid-west, Dodge City, KS (site of our concert this evening) is definitely the west. Full of saloons and Wyatt Earp memorabilia, this city currently also boasts three Thai restaurants. Woohoo!
