Pepo

Check out our new friend Pepo. (Her name is pronounced "pay-poh" and is derived from the Latin word for pumpkin... like some of her fur.) She lives with Cynthia Siebert, artistic director and president of the Kansas City Friends of Chamber Music.

Pepo thoroughly enjoyed Donna's purse...

...and our rehearsal.

I understand that a certain feline named Katie is rather envious and jealous of Pepo. Katie reportedly is of the view that if Julie or Emily ever want Katie to sleep in their beds in Cambridge again, they will cease and desist in their consorting with other felines.

A happy cat is a self-actualized cat. This is called cat-actualization. Their purr is an indicator of cat-rapture. Cats can be bribed with tasty cat treats, as this one would appear to lounge about in anticipation of such a treat. The hypothetical study of cat behavior is called cat-psychology.
